Thank you - Such a great course
I booked on to the chaos to calm course and found it very helpful . I picked up lots of techniques to help with stress management which I can now use at anytime. Jane was an excellent teacher with a very calm and caring approach. I met some lovely ladies on the course and made some new friends. Thank you Jane for helping me stay calmer. Loved the breath work session...we had a lot of fun

I had no expectations from this course but I just knew and trusted that the 6 weeks would benefit me as I have every faith in Jane and what she does. Great 6 week series
I signed up really not knowing what to expect having previously been to Jane for reflexology. Whilst a little apprehensive attending the first session Jane soon put us at ease and the group were really welcoming. It was a safe place almost a sanctuary from reality for a couple of hours and Wednesday nights aren’t the same now . The techniques we learned and trialed over the 6 weeks were valuable and I’ve already deployed some as I attempt to pay more attention to my own self care and wellbeing. Whilst I thoroughly recommend the course itself it was the meeting and sharing the experience with the other participants And connecting in our own community that I found most beneficial. Jane was an excellent leader in facilitating such a nurturing relaxed environment in her beautiful home. I was sorry to miss the last session as I was away but Jane has kindly agreed to do with me again. I have no hesitation in recommending this course. If you get a chance give it a go. Diolch Jane xx.

Fabulous course would highly recommend!
Spent an amazing 6 weeks doing the chaos to calm course first time i've tried anything like this and thoroughly enjoyed it. jane has years of knowledge as a Master Practitioner and shared some of this with her experiences, each week we learnt something new to help in improving our everyday life using techniques such as breathe work and self hypnosis to name a few. Met a lovley group of ladies which also made the experience amazing, will be looking out for up coming courses.
